Each User is permitted to hold only one account with pgkuda. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances. If we discover that you maintain multiple accounts, we reserve the right to treat all such accounts as one joint account and merge them.
pgkuda reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify your identity, age, and payment methods at any time. Required documents may include but are not limited to government-issued identification (KTP, passport, driver's license), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. Your account may be suspended until verification is completed, and withdrawals may be restricted pending verification.
pgkuda accepts deposits through various Indonesian payment methods including bank transfers via BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), and Bank Mandiri, as well as e-wallet services including OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. Availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary depending on the payment method selected. Current limits are displayed during the deposit process. pgkuda reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time. Deposits are typically processed instantly for most payment methods, though processing times may vary depending on your financial institution and payment provider. pgkuda is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions. All deposits are made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise specified.
All funds deposited into your pgkuda account must originate from a legitimate source and must belong to you personally. Withdrawals to Indonesian bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are generally processed faster than other methods. pgkuda is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Before processing any withdrawal, pgkuda may require you to complete account verification (KYC) by submitting documentation proving your identity, age, address, and ownership of the payment method. We reserve the right to request additional information or documentation at our discretion. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in withdrawal delays or denial.
You may cancel a pending withdrawal request at any time before it is processed by pgkuda. Once a withdrawal has been processed and sent to your payment provider, it cannot be cancelled. Cancelling a withdrawal will return the funds to your account balance.
pgkuda may offer various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly stated in the promotional materials. By accepting any bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable bonus terms.
Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the amount you must wager before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x bonus) and must be completed within the specified timeframe. Different games may contribute differently toward wagering requirements.
pgkuda strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using unfair betting strategies designed solely to convert bonus funds, or colluding with other players. Any suspected bonus abuse will result in the cancellation of bonuses, voiding of associated winnings, and potential account closure.
pgkuda reserves the right to cancel or confiscate any bonus and associated winnings if we determine that the bonus terms have been violated, the account is being used fraudulently, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Requesting a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

pgkuda reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion. Circumstances that may result in bet refusal include but are not limited to: insufficient account balance, suspected irregular betting patterns, technical issues, or errors in odds or game information.
All sports bets are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and competition. Settlement of sports bets is based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body. If an event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned, specific settlement rules apply as outlined in our sports betting rules page.
All casino games including slots, table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette), live dealer games, and specialty games are subject to their individual game rules. Live betting (in-play betting) is subject to rapidly changing odds that reflect real-time game developments. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation. Due to transmission delays, there may be a brief period between bet placement and confirmation during which odds may change. pgkuda reserves the right to void bets placed after a significant event has occurred.
In the event of obvious errors in odds, results, or game functionality, pgkuda reserves the right to void affected bets and correct the error. Malfunctions of any game or system void all associated bets and gameplay. If a game malfunctions after a bet is placed, pgkuda will refund affected bets.

Players who feel they need a break from gambling may request self-exclusion for a specified period ranging from 1 week to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, you will be unable to access your account, place bets, or receive promotional communications. Self-exclusion requests can be made by contacting customer support.
Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits and loss limits through their account settings. Once set, limits cannot be increased immediately and will take effect after a cooling-off period. Limit decreases take effect immediately.

Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. pgkuda is not responsible for accounts left inactive with remaining balances. Accounts with zero balance that remain inactive for 12 consecutive months may be closed automatically.
Upon account closure or suspension, all pending bets will be settled according to their respective outcomes. Active bonuses and promotional funds will be forfeited. Any remaining real money balance will be returned to you after deducting any outstanding fees or charges, provided you are in compliance with these Terms.

All content on the pgkuda Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of pgkuda or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.
pgkuda strives to maintain continuous service availability but does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or free from interruptions. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from Platform downtime, technical failures, or service interruptions.
pgkuda is not responsible for the performance, availability, or security of third-party services including payment processors, game providers, or telecommunications services. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of information provided by third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, pgkuda's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your pgkuda account during the six months preceding the claim. pgkuda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless pgkuda, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to your breach of these Terms, your use of the Platform, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which pgkuda holds its gaming license.
In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of pgkuda services, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules.

Your continued use of the Platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
